Alexander Technique

Danny Parashchak is an Alexander Technique Teacher and a member of STAT

The Alexander Technique teaches us to recognise and unlearn the forces of habit without disturbing the nervous system. It allows us to change our reactions to outside stimuli, without causing any unnecessary tension in daily life.
When the fear reflexes are activated, no learning can take place.
